Refund Policy
This policy explains eligibility, timelines, and conditions for refunds on MOVE78 products and programs.
EU AI Act Compliance Assessment ($199)
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase by emailing contact@move78int.com with your order ID.
Refund requests may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations, including unauthorized redistribution of materials.
EU AI Act Compliance Toolkit ($999)
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
• No implementation workshop has started
• There is no evidence of abuse or fraud
If the Toolkit purchase includes any scheduled onboarding commitment, you may cancel for a full refund if requested 7 or more days before the scheduled start time.
EU AI Act Implementation Workshop ($4,999)
Full refund if cancellation is requested 14 or more days before the first session.
50% refund if cancellation is requested 7–13 days before the first session.
No refunds once the first session has started.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may be processed by the Payment Provider / Merchant of Record.
Processing timelines may vary based on provider policies.
