This Privacy Policy explains how MOVE78 INTERNATIONAL LIMITED collects, uses, and shares personal data when you visit our website or purchase Products.

Google Analytics and optional measurement events are disabled on Move78's main pages, including the assessment tools. This description does not cover the separate AI Frameworks section at /aifw/ or other applications. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. The EU AI Act Applicability Checker and Quick Checker also load Tailwind from its CDN to render page styles. Those requests send routine connection and browser information to the resource providers.
The applicability checker saves portfolio records, single-system result state and the selected tab in localStorage on your device. Its controls can clear portfolio items or reset single-system state; clearing site data in your browser removes the stored keys. These entries have no expiry encoded by the page.
Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live depending on provider locations and hosting.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for delivery/support, accounting/tax obligations, and legitimate business needs.
