Terms of Service — MOVE78 INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (Hong Kong)

1) Who we are

2) What we sell

We sell digital products including self-assessment workbooks, compliance toolkits, documentation templates, and related digital downloads (together, the “Products”). Products are delivered as downloadable files for local use.

3) Payments (Merchant of Record)

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider / Merchant of Record (“Payment Provider”). Your purchase may also be subject to the Payment Provider’s checkout terms in addition to these Terms.

4) Delivery

Digital Products are delivered via instant download or access link after successful payment, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5) License and permitted use (digital products)

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, purchases grant a single-organization, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use within the purchasing organization. You may customize templates for internal use, but you may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or share the Products outside your organization without written permission.

6) No legal advice; no certification

The Products are provided for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute legal advice, legal opinions, or certification. Compliance outcomes depend on your implementation and context, and no specific regulatory outcome is guaranteed.

7) Product tiers

Products are offered in multiple tiers (E0, E1, E2). Each tier is a self-contained digital download. Higher tiers include additional templates and assessment depth. All products are informational tools and do not include legal representation, certification, or regulator communications.

8) Support

Where included, support is provided via email with a target response time of 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Support is guidance on use of the Products and does not include legal services or 24/7 incident response.

9) Refunds

Refund eligibility and process are described in our Refund Policy (linked on this website). If a Payment Provider is used, refunds may be processed by that provider and subject to their review/timelines.

10) Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the Products and website content remain with Move 78 or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

11) Disclaimers

The Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Move 78 disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move 78 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Move 78’s total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount paid for that Product.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time, and changes apply from the “Last updated” date.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
