ACT: AI Controls Toolkit is one product containing eleven editable files across eight workflow areas: six Word documents, four Excel workbooks and one PowerPoint deck. The Implementation Sprint is a separately scoped service. References to "Products" below remain subject to the agreed scope of any existing contract.
Move78 EU AI Act Deployer Evidence Pack and Move78 AI Literacy & Human Oversight Training are independent digital products. The EU AI Act Evidence & Training Bundle contains both, supplied separately; ACT and implementation services are excluded. Bundling creates no integrated application or additional use rights.
Listed amounts are INR 99,000 for the Evidence Pack, INR 99,000 for Training and INR 149,000 for the optional Bundle. The commercial totals include applicable taxes: INR 99,000 for the Evidence Pack, INR 99,000 for Training and INR 149,000 for the optional Bundle. These offers are for Indian businesses at fixed totals, paid once in INR. A business tax ID does not reduce the published total. Contact Move78 about invoice requirements. New purchases are for Indian businesses through product-specific Razorpay-hosted checkout in INR, when available. The purchaser must provide the business legal name, authorised contact name, email, phone and Indian billing address/country. GSTIN is optional and may be provided where applicable for invoicing; it does not change the published total. Providing a tax ID does not establish its validity or the applicable tax treatment.
Private download access will be emailed within one business day after successful payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Maharashtra, India. Indian Standard Time applies. No physical shipment is involved. Bundle download access covers both products. Internal payment verification does not extend this delivery deadline.
The Evidence Pack contains four DOCX files and two XLSX workbooks with fifteen sheets, eight plus seven. The 25 procurement questions are in Document 01. Supported operational capacity is 21 records per table, rows 6–26. Partial row expansion is not supported capacity. Training contains three modules, twelve text lessons, three practice scenarios and twenty-four assessment questions, plus its own guides and workplace forms.
A new purchase licences the delivered product to the single Indian legal entity named on the invoice for use by up to 20 named personnel. Existing customer agreements and accrued rights remain unchanged. Personnel may include employees and contractors acting solely for that entity. A contractor must stop using the materials when that engagement ends. Affiliates and other legal entities are not included. The bundle applies this same licence separately to each included product; it does not increase the permitted users.
Authorised users may make working copies and backups for the licensed use, adapt the editable materials and keep completed records. The organisation may share its completed, customer-specific evidence with its advisers, procurement counterparties and competent authorities. That permission does not permit distributing reusable blank templates, the course, source lessons or answer guides. Keep administrator and answer materials restricted to authorised administrators.
You may not resell, sublicense, publish the source materials, offer access to the general public, or use the materials to deliver services or training to another organisation's clients without a separate written licence. Copyright and ownership of the supplied materials remain with their rights holders. You retain rights in the information and records you add. This licence does not restrict rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.
You may continue using the delivered version under its licence without a recurring fee. No subscription or automatic renewal is included. Continued use does not mean that the content will remain current as law, software or your circumstances change.
For 90 calendar days after delivery, the purchaser or one nominated organisational contact may email contact@move78int.com for help accessing the files, launching the documented supported version or reporting a reproducible fault. Include the product version and a description without personal learner data. Support does not include legal advice, completing your records, customisation, live teaching, an LMS service or managing your systems. No guaranteed response time is offered.
For 12 months after delivery, we will make available corrections issued for reproducible defects in the purchased version. This does not promise a scheduled update programme, new modules, new features or indefinite legal monitoring. New editions may be offered separately and require a new purchase only if you choose them. These limits do not reduce any mandatory remedies or update duties under applicable consumer law.
These terms for the Evidence Pack, Training and Bundle apply to new Indian-business purchases. Refund requests may be made within 30 calendar days after successful payment. Downloading alone does not remove this window. The refund policy for these products explains requests, exceptions and licence consequences. Existing customer agreements, legally required withdrawal rights, refunds, conformity remedies and update duties remain unaffected. New transactions for these products with ABACUS24 TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED are governed by Indian law, without excluding mandatory protections or rights. ACT costs ₹99,000, inclusive of applicable GST. This is a one-time purchase in INR, with no recurring subscription. Buy ACT. Existing invoices, orders and agreed obligations remain unchanged.
ACT is a digital download. A download link is sent by email within one business day after successful payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Maharashtra, India. Indian Standard Time applies. There is no physical shipment or shipping charge. Email contact@move78int.com for an incorrect delivery address, missing email or inaccessible files. Delivery obligations under existing agreements remain unchanged.
Where an existing Implementation Sprint agreement includes six remote working sessions of 45 minutes plus 15 minutes of questions and answers within 30 calendar days of kickoff, that obligation remains unchanged. New service scope and delivery arrangements are agreed separately.
The single-organisation internal-use licence below applies to new ACT purchases. Existing-purchase terms and any different written agreement remain unchanged.
Unless stated otherwise in the invoice or commercial terms, purchases grant a single-organization, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use within the purchasing organization. You may customize templates for internal use, but you may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or share the Products outside your organization without written permission. Client use, redistribution, consultant reuse and transferable rights are not automatic. Any expanded rights must be separately agreed and explicitly stated in the invoice, order, contract or licence. Previous purchases do not automatically include a different product or upgrade credit. Any credit must be separately agreed and explicitly stated in the invoice, order or contract.
The Products are provided for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute legal advice, legal opinions, or certification. Compliance outcomes depend on your implementation and context, and Move78 does not promise any specific regulatory outcome.
ACT is one editable toolkit. Free tools and downloads remain separate public resources. The Implementation Sprint is separately scoped implementation support, subject to fit review and agreement. The Implementation Sprint is separately scoped and priced; it is not included in ACT.
For ACT delivery and file-access issues, email contact@move78int.com. Other support remains subject to an existing agreement. Where included in an existing agreement, the Implementation Sprint includes 6 live working sessions of 45 minutes each, plus 15 minutes of Q&A per session, to be used within 30 calendar days of kickoff. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice, with a maximum of 2 customer reschedules. Sessions missed without the required notice are forfeited. If Move78 needs to reschedule, the session will be moved promptly to the next mutually available slot.
Refund eligibility and process are described in our Refund Policy. Refund requests may be made within 30 calendar days after successful payment. Use contact@move78int.com and your order or payment reference for refund or cancellation requests. Downloading alone does not remove this window. An approved refund ends the ACT licence; stop using and redistributing the refunded toolkit. Your own business records and legally required archives do not need to be deleted. Existing agreements and mandatory rights remain unchanged.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Rights in the Products and website content remain with their respective rights holders. A change of website operator does not itself transfer intellectual property. Use remains subject to the applicable licences and existing agreements.
The Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Move78 disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move78 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Move78's total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount paid for that Product.
We may revise these terms for future use and new agreements. A website revision does not change an existing agreement without the agreement or legal basis required. Existing agreements and accrued rights remain governed by their agreed terms unless the parties agree otherwise.
For new transactions with ABACUS24 TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, these terms are governed by Indian law. This does not exclude mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
