ACT Tier 3 is a fixed-scope remote implementation sprint available only to customers who have purchased AI Controls Professional.
We sell digital products including AI governance toolkits, self-assessment workbooks, compliance templates, policy documents, implementation plans, and related digital downloads, and we offer ACT Tier 3 as a fixed-scope remote implementation sprint available only to customers who have purchased AI Controls Professional (together, the "Products").
Paid ACT products are currently sold by direct commercial invoice and bank transfer. After a customer requests access, Move78 may issue commercial terms, invoice details, and bank-transfer instructions directly by email. No merchant-of-record checkout or card-payment processor is currently used for ACT purchases.
Tier 1 and Tier 2 are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. ACT Tier 3 is delivered remotely in English via Zoom or Microsoft Teams and includes 6 live working sessions of 45 minutes each, plus 15 minutes of Q&A per session, to be used within 30 calendar days of kickoff, which begins at the first scheduled live session.
Unless stated otherwise in the invoice or commercial terms, purchases grant a single-organization, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use within the purchasing organization. You may customize templates for internal use, but you may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or share the Products outside your organization without written permission. Client use, redistribution, consultant reuse and transferable rights are not automatic. Any expanded rights must be separately agreed and explicitly stated in the invoice, order, contract or licence. ACT-2 is a separate purchase. No automatic ACT-1 upgrade credit is included. Any credit must be separately agreed and explicitly stated in the invoice, order or contract.

Products are offered in multiple tiers (Tier 0, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3) under the AI Controls Toolkit (ACT) product line. ACT Tier 3 is available only to customers who have purchased AI Controls Professional. It is a fixed-scope remote implementation sprint delivered in English via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The sprint covers structured implementation support tied to AI Controls Professional deliverables and does not include custom legal advice, open-ended advisory, net-new document drafting from zero, on-site delivery, unlimited email support, or formal certification or regulatory representation.
Where included, support is provided via email. Contact Move78 to confirm response and delivery timing for your request. ACT Tier 3 includes 6 live working sessions of 45 minutes each, plus 15 minutes of Q&A per session, to be used within 30 calendar days of kickoff. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice, with a maximum of 2 customer reschedules. Sessions missed without the required notice are forfeited. If Move78 needs to reschedule, the session will be moved promptly to the next mutually available slot.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
All rights, title, and interest in the Products and website content remain with Move78 or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
The Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Move78 disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move78 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Move78's total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount paid for that Product.
We may update these Terms from time to time, and changes apply from the "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
