Six files across six work areas
The pack covers six work areas. It contains four editable Word documents, including 25 procurement questions in the Scope and Procurement document, plus two Excel workbooks with 15 sheets in total. Separate fictional examples are included. The workbooks contain eight and seven sheets. Editable Markdown copies accompany the four documents. The private candidate remains version 0.2 draft 1.

How the workbooks behave
Status formulas describe entered records. They do not verify evidence or authorise deployment. Supported operational capacity is 21 records per table, rows 6–26. Excel may partly expand a table when you type beyond it, without extending every formula or validation. That partial expansion is not supported capacity. Additional rows require coordinated changes and separate testing.
What it adds to the free Compass resources
The free Deployer Evidence Starter Pack links to an inventory, deployer checklist, role matrix, FRIA worksheet, oversight log, incident register and vendor intake. Those resources remain useful on their own.
This draft adds a coordinated set of editable operating documents: a twenty-five-question procurement library, response cards, linked record IDs, workbook status formulas, fictional worked examples, incident exercises and change-review records. It overlaps with the free starters in subject matter. The additional value is the depth and organisation of the working materials, not a different legal status.
Fit, responsibilities and exclusions
Consider this pack when your team needs to organise records for identified systems or answer buyer questions with evidence. Establish your legal role, actual use, classification and relevant application dates first. Article 26 concerns high-risk deployers; Article 27 applies to specified deployers and uses. A FRIA worksheet is not a universal requirement.
Your organisation must populate the records, check source evidence, assign owners, implement controls and obtain accountable review. A template does not show that a control operates. Word and Excel behaviour must be checked in your intended environment.
The pack excludes the training application, implementation services, legal advice, certification and an assessment of your organisation. It does not complete a provider's obligations. No purchase of Move78 training is required.
ACT remains the broader AI governance and control-evidence toolkit. Oversight, supplier evidence and incident responsibilities can overlap. Review ACT's scope before selecting overlapping materials.
