ACT Tier 3 — Implementation Sprint includes live remote working sessions delivered directly by the founder via Zoom or Microsoft Teams in English. It includes 6 live working sessions of 45 minutes each, plus 15 minutes of Q&A per session, to be used within 30 calendar days of kickoff. Kickoff begins at the first scheduled live session.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice, with a maximum of 2 customer reschedules. Sessions missed without the required notice are forfeited. If Move78 needs to reschedule, the session will be moved promptly to the next mutually available slot.
The sprint covers structured implementation support tied to AI Controls Professional deliverables. It does not include custom legal advice, open-ended work outside the fixed sprint scope, net-new document drafting from zero, on-site delivery, unlimited email support, or formal certification or regulatory representation.
