Tier 0 includes all free browser-based assessment tools on this site, such as the AI Governance Readiness Assessment, Colorado AI Act Readiness Assessment, ISO 42001 Gap Analysis Checklist, OWASP Agentic AI Security Assessment, and other compliance and regulation readiness tools. These are provided free of charge with zero data collection. No refund applies as no payment is collected.

ACT Tier 3 is available only to customers who have purchased AI Controls Professional. It is a fixed-scope remote implementation sprint delivered in English via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Kickoff begins at the first scheduled live session.
The sprint includes 6 live working sessions of 45 minutes each, plus 15 minutes of Q&A per session, to be used within 30 calendar days of kickoff. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice, with a maximum of 2 customer reschedules. Sessions missed without the required notice are forfeited. If Move78 needs to reschedule, the session will be moved promptly to the next mutually available slot.

The sprint covers structured implementation support tied to AI Controls Professional deliverables. It does not include custom legal advice, open-ended advisory, net-new document drafting from zero, on-site delivery, unlimited email support, or formal certification or regulatory representation.
Approved refunds are handled through bank transfer or invoice reversal where practical. Bank fees, intermediary charges, and currency conversion charges may affect timing and net amount received.
